Refund Policy

Contact JApi before requesting a refund. Eligibility depends on unused prepaid credit and the payment status of the deposit.

Deposits are received by bank transfer or ewallet and recorded manually. Refunds are issued back through the same channel, at the operator’s discretion and subject to that channel’s own limits.

Consumed API usage and promotional bonus credit are normally not refundable. Approved refunds are recorded in the account ledger.
